Spooner Goodyear, AZ is seeking a licensed physical or occupational therapist to join the team as a full-time Therapist. You will deliver musculoskeletal care, develop individualized treatment plans, and educate patients to prevent injuries while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a physical or occupational therapist.
• Graduate Degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a core member of the treatment team and ensure an exceptional patient experience.
• Utilize a dynamic approach to help patients overcome musculoskeletal limitations.
• Combine manual therapy techniques and exercise strategies to improve movement and function.
• Take a whole-body approach to locate the source of injury, pain, or dysfunction.
• Assess, treat, and educate patients to prevent future injuries.
• Help patients of all ages and abilities move better and feel better.
• Evaluate and develop treatment goals with patients using clinical observations.
• Support patients by documenting effects and adjusting treatment as needed.
• Develop relationships with medical practitioners to support patient care.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure optimal patient experience.
