Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete lease/renewal paperwork to company standards
• Explain lease information to residents
• Enter data into tracking system for leasing activities
• Walk units before showing and occupancy
• Prepare marketing plans and advertising proposals with Property Manager
• Maintain professional communication with residents and applicants
