Job summary

HD Supply Canada, Inc seeks a warehouse associate to support multiple DC departments, including case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, and replenishment. You will operate material handling equipment to move inventory within the facility.

Expect 2–5 years in distribution, a HS diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, vacation, and other programs.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in distribution/warehouse operations.
• Experience operating material handling equipment.
• Ability to understand written material.

Responsibilities

• Uses material handling equipment to locate and deliver products to designated areas.
• Assists with staging and loading orders into trucks for customer delivery.
• Verifies quantity and quality of incoming products from vendors and distribution centers.
• Builds and wraps pallets for customer orders.
• Inspects stock items for wear and defects and notifies management of issues.
• Returns misplaced products to proper storage areas.
• Maintains a clean working environment per safety policies.
• Performs inventory control functions as needed.
