Job summary

Summit Mortgage Corporation is looking for licensed Mortgage Loan Officers to join our team at corporate headquarters in Plymouth, MN, and across our Multi-State branches.

The Loan Officer will develop loan applications and provide excellent customer service while working within the community. Success is supported with marketing tools and dedicated staff.

Qualifications

• Two years of mortgage loan origination experience preferred.
• Knowledge of FHLMC and/or FNMA and FHA/VA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop lending relationships with Realtors and builders.
• Engage in marketing activities to increase prospects.
• Lock loan terms with the end investor.
• Maintain contact with borrowers during the loan process.

Typing speed at least 50 wpm

Education

Associate's degree or 2 years of related work experience

Licensed as a SAFE Act compliant Mortgage Loan Originator
