Job summary

MedCadre is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Mixed Acuity to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with varying medical complexity and acuity.

The role requires accurate documentation, timely interventions, and collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Candidate should hold an active RN license, current BLS, and experience in acute care settings; ACLS is preferred depending on patient population.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
• Active RN license as required by state regulations.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS preferred based on patient population.
• Previous acute care/Med-Surg or mixed-acuity experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients with varying medical conditions.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and provide timely interventions.
• Prioritize care based on patient acuity and clinical needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
