• Manage learner behavior: Establish expectations; use monitoring techniques.
• Instruction: Deliver instruction with varied materials; ensure objectives are addressed; adapt lessons when needed.
• Assess student progress: Use appropriate assessment techniques; provide timely feedback; record grades as required by policy.
