The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in school administration, 3–5 years of teaching experience, and holds a North Carolina principal license with a valid driver's license.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree or higher in school administration.
• 3–5 years of classroom teaching experience or equivalent.
• Must possess NC principal license and a valid NC driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Conceptualize broad school goals and plan to implement schedules and the total school program.
• Coordinate with staff to align school program with legal, financial, and organizational structures.
• Provide professional development opportunities to staff and enhance instructional quality.
• Set annual objectives for instructional, extracurricular, and athletic programs.
• Develop and implement curricular objectives with faculty input.
• Establish routines and procedures for daily operations and communications.
• Evaluate student progress and supervise staff performance.
• Maintain communication with community, students, staff, and parents.
