Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Educational Leadership preferred and will be given first consideration.
• Minimum of five years of teaching and/or administrative experience in K-12 education.
• Colorado principal licensure or eligibility is required or must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Direct building-level curriculum, instruction, and assessment to increase student achievement.
• Supervise, assess, and monitor student performance using objective and verifiable information.
• Lead grade-level and content-area instructional improvement efforts, including progress monitoring and intervention systems.
• Develop and manage budgets based on program needs and enrollment; maintain fiscal control and report information.
• Foster safe, respectful, inclusive, and supportive learning environments for grades 6-8.
