Job summary

Qualifications

• Massachusetts teaching certification/licensure in Health Education.
• Use a student-centered approach to health education.
• Maintain professional competence through in-service education activities.
• Fulfill district requirements and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Teach physical education and health to middle school students.
• Develop and deliver lesson plans aligned with curriculum guidelines.
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to improve instruction.
• Engage parents/guardians in conversations about student progress.
• Ensure safety checks on equipment and supervision in gym/other areas.
