Qualifications

• Knowledge of current teaching methods and differentiated instruction.
• Knowledge of middle school Math curriculum and concepts.
• Knowledge of data information systems and data analysis for student progress.
• Ability to use computer networks and software applications as needed.

• Ability to engage in self-evaluation for professional growth.
• Ability to establish cooperative relationships with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Develops and administers middle school math curriculum aligned with district goals.
• Creates safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environments.
• Plans lessons and materials to maximize instructional time.
• Teaches required subjects for grades 6-8 as assigned.
• Assesses student learning and adjusts teaching to meet needs.
• Communicates progress and expectations to students, parents, and administration.
• Participates in faculty meetings and collaborates with staff.
