Qualifications

• Ability to operate a computer and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Teach physical fitness, health education and team sports per approved curriculum.
• Conduct instruction based on Board-approved curriculum and data-driven instruction.
• Analyze student data and assess progress to inform planning.
• Maintain standards of pupil behavior and a positive learning environment.
• Distribute and grade materials, assign and report student grades.
• Collaborate with PE staff and other professionals to plan a balanced program.
• Adhere to professional standards and contribute to district discipline policies.
• Participate in assessments, meetings and IEP-related activities as needed.
• Support students with special needs per IEP and utilize required support services.
