Job summary

Milken Community School in Los Angeles is seeking a dedicated Middle School Golf Coach for the 2026/27 season. You will lead all practices and competitions, teach golf fundamentals and team play, and foster sportspmanship among student-athletes.

Ideal candidates have prior coaching or competitive experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to mentor young players. Travel with the team on school transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Prior coaching or competitive experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage, motivate, and mentor middle school athletes.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to the full season schedule.
• Must be able to travel with the team on school-provided transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all practices and team events throughout the season.
• Teach fundamental skills, strategies, and sportsmanship.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, families, and athletics staff.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all student-athletes.
• Ride the team bus to and from all competition sites.
• Model professionalism, responsibility, and integrity at all times.
