Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of successful classroom teaching.
• Teacher certification.
• Commitment to fostering a nurturing, inclusive, and faith‑based environment.
• Practicing Catholic in good standing with his/her parish.

Responsabilités

• Create engaging daily lesson plans addressing spiritual, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.
• Use diverse instructional techniques such as modeling, observing, questioning, demonstrating, and reinforcing.
• Encourage children to develop self‑help skills and independence.
• Adapt curriculum to meet individual learning needs when necessary.
• Promote positive behavior through redirection, positive reinforcement, and adherence to the school’s behavioral policies.
• Maintain positive communication with families through newsletters, daily updates, and as‑needed outreach.
• Attend regular staff meetings and participate in annual reviews and professional development.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding children, families, and staff.
• Assist students who may need additional support.
