Responsibilities

• Perform design across phases from conceptual design to construction documents, engineering calculations, HVAC load calculations, system sizing and selection, specifications and construction observation/support.
• Respond to RFIs, review shop drawings, conduct code review and analyses, and perform field visits.
• Develop punch lists for project closeouts.
• Represent the firm both internally and externally.
