Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Ability to design and implement instruction aligned to standards and student needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively and foster relationships with students, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Plans, prepares, and delivers lesson plans and instructional materials.
• Uses diverse teaching approaches to meet student needs.
• Maintains accurate records and communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Conducts tutoring and home visits to support learning.
• Hosts student clubs and participates in after-hours campus events.
• Manages classroom behavior and enforces school rules.
