Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares lesson plans; administers and corrects tests.
• Identifies, selects, and modifies instructional resources to meet diverse learners.
• Motivates and counsels students in behavior, training, personal problems or study habits.
• Coordinates with advisors, counselors and staff to resolve training issues.
• Records and forwards daily attendance; maintains student folders.
• Models appropriate behaviours, mentors students and monitors behaviors with interventions.
