Job summary

NFI Industries seeks a Material Handler to move materials, load goods, and prepare orders for shipment within the warehouse. You will use hand trucks or manual handling to reach designated locations and support accurate inventory management with RF scanners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Move materials manually or with a hand truck within the facility.
• Load finished products onto pallets or hand trucks.
• Stack pallets in storage or staging areas.
• Load and unload freight safely and accurately.
• Pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
• Apply labels to shipments per requirements.
• Process orders including picking, checking, sorting, consolidating freight, wrapping pallets, packing, loading, and shipment confirmations.
• Verify freight accuracy and check for damage.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Use RF scanning devices for inventory management.
• Provide cleaning and sanitation services as needed; maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Perform other duties as required by the role and management.
