Job summary

Webstaurantstore is looking for a Material Handler to efficiently receive, put away, pick, and ship products in our Dayton, NV distribution center. You will use handheld scanners and forklift equipment, maintain accuracy, and collaborate with a tight-knit team to meet daily goals.

The role emphasizes safety, pace, and reliability. Starting wage is $25/hr with potential raises every six months; no degree required, training provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year distribution/warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, scanners, and pallet jacks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve items from racking using handheld devices or forklift.
• Sort and consolidate picked items for shipment.
• Pack products accurately using internal systems (SPS/CVP).
• Bundle and verify orders and operate the bundler system.
• Unload deliveries using forklift or by hand.
• Receive inventory and place in storage racking.
• Move palletized product with pallet jacks/forklifts.
• Scan and place inventory using handheld devices.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock levels.
• Operate warehouse equipment following safety protocols.
