JETSET Pilates is seeking a dynamic On the Mat Instructor to lead a 50-minute mat-based workout that blends strength, endurance, and Pilates-inspired flow. You’ll energize classes, offer form corrections, and tailor options for all levels in a boutique studio setting.

As a motivated community-builder, you’ll foster connection, maintain high energy with music-driven sessions, and support teammates in a fast-paced, supportive environment while remaining reliable and professional.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current certification in group fitness, Pilates or personal training from a nationally recognized organization.
• Current CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead 50-minute mat-based classes that are challenging, motivating, and fun.
• Embodies a welcoming, outgoing, and passionate personality reflecting the JETSET brand.
• Create and foster a strong sense of community.
• Deliver safe, effective, and engaging workouts with modifications and form guidance for all levels.
• Build authentic relationships with clients and contribute positively to the team culture.

• Be reliable, professional, and show up with a positive attitude.
• Occasionally assist with other duties as needed.
