Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role, you will provide critical support to attorneys throughout the trial process, including preparing legal documents, conducting research, and coordinating depositions.

The ideal candidate will possess a High School Diploma or GED, with a preference for those holding an associate degree or paralegal certification. A minimum of 2 years of litigation experience is required, particularly in fields such as personal injury or workers compensation.

The position offers an hourly range of $28.85—$43.70 USD, along with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience required.
• Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program preferred.
• Experience in personal injury law or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents including pleadings and motions.
• E-file court documents in state and federal courts.
• Conduct legal research and investigation.
• Liaise between trial teams and third parties.
