Marquette Management is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for our Romeoville, IL property. You will generate traffic, conduct tours, and deliver exceptional customer service to prospective residents.

Starting wage is 19.00–21.00 per hour based on experience, with commissions and a strong benefits package including 401K matching, medical/dental/vision insurance, PTO and holidays. Weekend shifts are required; comprehensive training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Generate traffic to the property and tour prospective residents
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries

• Create and implement local marketing plans to attract residents
