AlphaGraphics Middleton is seeking a hands-on Large Format Specialist to join our production team. Under the Sign Manager, you will operate sign equipment, process vinyl materials, prep substrates, and install wraps on multiple surfaces to deliver high-quality signage.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in wide-format printing, experience with Adobe Illustrator, and a strong work ethic. The role offers growth opportunities in a family-owned printing and marketing firm.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating wide format printers and related equipment for commercial sign companies or printers.
• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator and RIP software.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and work at a waist-high table.

Responsibilities

• Operate sign equipment and process/produce vinyl material.
• Prepare substrates and vehicles for graphic applications.
• Install plot vinyl, digital print vinyl, and vehicle wraps on multiple surfaces.
• Follow layouts, complete projects start-to-finish, and perform finishing as needed.
• Support high-quality customer output and service.
