Qualifications

• Relevant teaching experience.
• Knowledge of relevant technology.
• SEI Endorsement required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning.
• Develop schemes of work and lesson plans.
• Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
• Prepare classroom for class activities.
• Provide a variety of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities.
• Identify and meet students’ varying needs using different instructional resources.
• Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment.
• Observe and evaluate students’ performance and development.
• Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and development.
• Manage student behavior and maintain discipline per school rules.
• Participate in department and school meetings and communicate with parents.
• Keep up to date with subject developments and adjust plans accordingly.
