KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot in Lawrenceville, GA, is hiring a Server to join its fast-paced, guest-focused team. You will greet guests, answer questions about the menu, and help ensure a smooth dining experience with attentive service.

The role requires 1+ year restaurant experience, some experience with POS systems, and a state-certified alcohol handler. You should be comfortable around grills, able to stand long shifts, and ready to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• 1+ years of restaurant server experience.
• State-mandated Alcohol Handlers Certification.
• Point-of-Sale system experience.
• Strong communication and a passion for delivering world-class service at every touchpoint.
• Comfortable working around grills and hot cooking surfaces.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests promptly and warmly.
• Answer questions regarding the menu and KPOT brand.
• Provide accurate information on menu, pricing, hours, promotions, and policies.
• Listen attentively to guests to ensure correct orders.
• Assist with side work and opening/closing tasks.
• Clean and organize the front-of-house server station.
• Observe and monitor table turnover by noting occupied, dirty or clean tables.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing quality service and checking in regularly.
• Inform management of special requests or guest concerns.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff regarding allergy orders.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, hospitality-focused attitude.
• Multi-task between bar and dining room orders.
• Be a team player, assisting other team members as needed.
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
