Job summary

My Gym - Frisco is seeking an enthusiastic Parent-Child Gymnastics Instructor to lead engaging classes for toddlers supervised by parents and supervise older children in independent programs, emphasizing movement, coordination and social skills in a safe, fun environment.

You will help promote fitness, confidence, and teamwork while gaining exposure to back‑end systems, administration, and training in a fast-paced team setting. Weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with young children in an organized play environment.
• Strong team player with a dedicated work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and guests.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds frequently.
• Capacity to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours).

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist age-appropriate gymnastics classes, ensuring a positive experience for all participants
• Foster a fun and welcoming atmosphere that encourages engagement and participation
• Prioritize the safety of children while they learn and enjoy their activities
• Offer guidance and support to help children reach their developmental milestones
