Banter by Piercing Pagoda at Signet Jewelers is seeking a dynamic Key Sales Associate to engage customers and drive sales in our mall kiosk environment. You will welcome customers, understand needs, and present merchandise with confidence to support a superior experience.

Prior sales or jewelry experience is helpful; we offer comprehensive training, ongoing development, and a path for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand needs and objections.
• Present merchandise with details on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to provide a superior customer experience and meet sales goals.
• Assist Store Manager/Assistant Manager with supervisory duties when needed.
