Litigation Associate - Insurance Defense is sought by a well-established Atlanta law firm to join its Insurance Defense and Civil Litigation Practice Group. • Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception through trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and memoranda.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Perform legal research and support litigation strategy.
• Handle multiple active files and deadlines.
• Prepare for and assist with trial and appellate proceedings.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
