Job summary

AmeriLife is seeking an Appointment Setter to support agents and GM by making first contact with prospective clients, scheduling meetings, and handling inbound calls in a call center environment. The role is hourly, non-exempt, with emphasis on consistent outbound outreach.

You will contribute to lead generation, data entry, and coordination between clients and agents, while upholding professional communication and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills since they are working mainly over the phone as the first contact of clients.
• Attention to details, document and provide all information required of the General Manager.
• Able to pass essential background check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Incoming Calls - taking calls from prospective clients or customers and setting appointments for agents.
• Outgoing Calls - making calls by way of provided lists to prospective clients.
• Data Entry - coding or entering data as appointments are made throughout the day.
• Set up a meeting or call between the potential customer and company agents.
