• Bachelor's degree required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.
• Provides educational information to patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, restorative therapy, and rehabilitation therapy.
• Supervises physical therapy assistants and aides in performing treatment.
• Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient condition; plans and implements care.
• Directs and supervises staff and coordinates with care team to ensure effective rehabilitation.
