Job summary

TITLE Boxing Club in the United States is seeking a dynamic Hybrid Coach to lead high-energy Box + Sculpt sessions that blend heavy-bag boxing with Pilates-inspired core work. We welcome Pilates, yoga, sculpt, barre, or group fitness instructors who excel at coaching form, flow, and energy; boxing experience is not required and we will train you.

A TITLE Hybrid Coach delivers a world-class experience, with a strong ability to motivate, connect, and inspire through a pre-designed workout.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
CPR and First Aid certification highly preferred.
Nationally accredited fitness certification preferred (ACE, NASM, AFAA, ACSM, NETA, Yoga Alliance, Pilates, barre, etc.).
Background in Pilates, yoga, sculpt, barre, functional training, or group fitness encouraged.
Boxing experience a plus, but not required; we\'ll train you.
1–2+ years of group fitness experience preferred.
Ability to deliver an energetic, motivating class.
Willingness to coach 2–3+ classes per week.
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

On-Brand Classes: Prepare for and deliver on-brand classes using our daily programming.
Connect and Engage: Arrive early and stay post-class to connect with our team, members, and first-timers.
Professional Development: Attend monthly staff meetings and development workshops.
Lead by Example: Move with the class to elevate energy and demonstrate proper technique.
Team Player: Assist the front of the house with pre- and post-class responsibilities.
