Full-time role with salary, vehicle allowance, and performance bonuses. The position requires a current Iowa PT license, CPR certification, and knowledge of durable medical equipment.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of PT experience in home health or clinical setting.
• CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of durable medical equipment and assistive devices.

Responsabilités

• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to restore or maintain well-being.
• Develop PT treatment programs based on referrals and evaluations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Connaissances

Two years of experience as a Physical
