Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Spanish language and culture.
• Ability to speak in the target language.
• Pedagogical knowledge and experience teaching Spanish at the high school level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides grade‑appropriate instructional Spanish program for students.
• Maintains an attractive, organized, and engaging learning environment.
• Develops lesson plans with clear objectives in line with the Archdiocesan curriculum.

Skills

Knowledge of the Spanish language and culture

Ability to speak in the target language

Proficiency in Google Workspace and Canvas

Enthusiasm for working with adolescents

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or Spanish

Qualifications for MSDE secondary certification
