Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience teaching in a high school setting preferred.
• Highly developed organizational skills.
• Well-developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with students, co-workers, and parents.
• Teamwork, dependability, flexibility, willingness to listen and learn, problem-solving skills, and congeniality are essential.
• Must successfully complete background screening and verification.

Responsabilités

• Teaches two sections of Spanish 2, two sections of Spanish 3 Honors, and, if possible, one section of French 3.
• Integrates technology to support curricular aims and help students achieve their goals.
• Provides continual assessment of student progress and communicates with the World Language Department Chair.
• Serves as an advisor to a small group of students and monitors their academic, social, and personal life.
• Provides student support and supervision both inside and outside the classroom.
• Other duties as assigned.
