Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Education, Business Administration, or related field.
NJ Teacher of Comprehensive Business certification (1300) or Teacher of Business: Finance/Economics/Law (1302).
Strong content knowledge in business, finance, and/or economics.
Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all planning and instruction as per the district curriculum.
Teach engaging, standards-based business courses that emphasize real-world application.
Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learners' needs.
Integrate technology and project-based learning into lessons.
Support business-related extracurriculars (e.g., DECA, FBLA, clubs).
Collaborate with staff and communicate effectively with students and families.
