Job summary

The Maintenance Technician at Life Time is responsible for keeping our clubs well maintained and safe, performing routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, lighting, millwork and door hardware to ensure a positive guest experience. You will respond to repair requests, document activities in our Maintenance Tracking software, and work in a dynamic health club environment where no two days are the same.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 3–4 years of facility

Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance with hands-on repair skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assets (plumbing, lighting, millwork).
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and repairs on assets like millwork, plumbing, lighting, pool systems, laundry equipment
• Verifies temperatures, pressures and chemistry meet regulatory requirements
• Responds to repair requests and prioritizes emergency repairs
• Records all activity in Maintenance Tracking software
