PVOLVE Summerlin is seeking an energetic fitness professional to lead multiple weekly group classes, complete a 100-hour immersive training, and greet clients with personalized class experiences that ensure safety and high energy.

You will provide modifications for all levels, act as a post-class contact for program guidance, and help grow attendance and brand awareness through events and social media. Certification (NASM/ACE/AFAA) and 2+ years of group fitness experience are preferred.

Formación

• Dynamic, high-energy personality with a love for fitness, health, and wellness.
• 2+ years group fitness experience (preferably Pilates, Barre, Dance, or mind-body formats).
• Deep understanding of anatomy and proper movement execution.
• Comfortable on a mic leading a fast-paced class with loud music and high energy.
• High-energy, charismatic teaching style with ability to coach various fitness levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
• Growth mindset with ability to both receive and give feedback.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Positive demeanor and team-player attitude.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Current trainer certification from an accredited body (NASM, ACE, or AFAA preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in an exercise-related field is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Teach a minimum of 2-5 classes weekly.
• Successfully complete the 100-hour immersive training program.
• Greet clients before class, assess participant needs, and personalize the class experience.
• Provide modifications and challenges to create an all-level class experience.
• Act as point of contact post-class, advising clients on frequency, class packages, and program offerings.
• Build PVOLVE attendance and hit retention and utilization goals.
• Ensure safety and proper movement execution.
• Attend trainer meetings as part of ongoing development.
• Grow brand awareness through events, social media, and other marketing initiatives.
