EXOS is seeking a dynamic Group Exercise Instructor to lead engaging classes for members of all fitness levels. You will design and deliver varied routines, provide modifications, and foster a positive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) required.
• Current CPR/AED certification mandatory; First Aid preferred.
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats must be trained and licensed for those formats (e.g., Zumba, Yoga).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals in a group setting.
• Passion for fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging and results-driven group exercise classes for participants of all fitness levels.
• Develop and deliver exercise routines tailored to different abilities.
• Provide personalized support and modifications as needed.
