Job summary

Valley Fitness CA is seeking energetic fitness instructors to lead a range of classes, including senior fitness (Silver Sneakers), yoga, and Zumba at our Fresno and Selma clubs. You will organize and teach classes for varied group sizes, prioritizing safety and progression to match participants' fitness levels.

Requirements include a Silver Sneakers certificate and/or group exercise or yoga/zumba certification, plus a positive attitude and passion for fitness.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused with exceptional customer service experience
• Currently certified as a fitness instructor
• Demonstrates strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and team
• Educational requirement: high school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Encourage students to continue exercising and promote healthy decisions
• Deliver exceptional customer service following business policies
• Instruct a variety of exercise classes to groups of members and guests
• Develop classes that are physically challenging while keeping students engaged and safe
