Job summary

Cowboys Fit in Frisco, TX is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging, safe group classes in our Group Fitness department. You will tailor sessions to different fitness levels and provide modifications as needed while ensuring a positive member experience.

This part-time role requires reliable schedule adherence, a professional appearance, current CPR and class-format certifications, and the ability to arrive early to set up and greet attendees.

Qualifications

• Maintain current certifications for each format taught and CPR certification.
• Ability to lead group fitness classes for all levels.
• Reliable attendance and professionalism in line with schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and lead a fun, safe and effective group class for all levels of participation based on class description.
• Greet clients as they enter and leave class and represent the club positively.
• Notify the Group Fitness Director (GFD) of substitutes as early as possible.
• Keep studios orderly, lock stereo cabinet and manage attendance records.
• Arrive 5 minutes early to prepare the room and greet clients.
