A leading fitness center in Idaho Falls is seeking a Group Exercise Instructor to lead classes focused on fitness, strength, and endurance. Responsibilities include preparing for classes, monitoring participants during workouts, and collecting feedback post-class. The ideal candidate will have teaching experience in a group format and relevant fitness certifications, such as ACE or AFAA. The position ensures a positive atmosphere while promoting effective workout routines. Compensation starts at $16 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least six months teaching in a group exercise format.
• Knowledge of safe exercise technique and group exercise principles.
• Positive and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Physical demands include lifting, bending, squatting, jumping.

Responsabilités

• Lead exercise classes while ensuring participant safety.
• Prepare class music and equipment before each session.
• Monitor participants to ensure correct exercise form.
• Collect feedback from participants after classes.

Teaching experience
