Onelife Fitness in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead energetic group classes and partner with our fitness team to deliver an exceptional member experience. You will greet members, motivate them toward goals, and promote programs while maintaining class energy and safety.

You will stay current with certifications, track attendance using MotionVibe, and assist with scheduling coverage.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized Group Fitness certification is required.
• Specialty cert if your format requires it.
• CPR/AED certification must be current.
• Prior group teaching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, effective, and fun group classes.
• Create a positive class vibe and coach members toward goals.
• Greet members, build relationships, and keep them inspired.
• Promote club programs and upcoming events.
• Track attendance and class stats, follow payroll procedures.
• Keep studios clean and report maintenance issues.
• Stay current with certifications and trainings.
• Support schedule and coverage as needed.
