Job summary

EXOS is seeking a Group Exercise instructor to lead engaging fitness classes and deliver fresh, innovative routines. A minimum of one year of experience in leading group classes and a current nationally accredited certification is required; instructors of branded formats must be trained for those formats.

CPR/AED is required, First Aid is a plus. The role offers a compensation range of $20-$125 per unit, with pay depending on location, format, certifications, and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) if necessary.
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats (e.g. Zumba, Yoga) must also be trained and licensed to teach those specific formats.
• Current CPR/AED certification (First Aid certification is strongly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead group exercise classes with enthusiasm and fresh, innovative routines.
• Be punctual, professional, and motivating to participants.
• Collaborate with team and adapt leadership style in and out of studio.
• Ensure safety and proper technique during all sessions.
