Job summary

Exos is seeking a dynamic Group Exercise Instructor to join our team, delivering engaging classes and tailoring routines for participants of all fitness levels. You will foster a positive and energetic atmosphere while promoting safety and effectiveness in every session.

Ideal applicants have at least one year of experience leading group classes, a current nationally accredited certification, and a mandatory CPR/AED credential; First Aid is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience leading group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) required.
• Current CPR/AED certification is mandatory; First Aid certification preferred.
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats must be trained/licensed to teach those formats.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate in a group setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging group exercise classes ensuring safety and enjoyment for all participants.
• Develop and deliver routines for various fitness levels and abilities.
• Provide modifications as needed to accommodate participants.
• Create a positive, inclusive atmosphere to help members reach goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in group exercise.
