The role requires valid CPR Certification and a preferred Aerobic Certification. Strong customer service and teaching abilities are essential, alongside compliance with all club policies and the Crunch brand standards. This position involves maintaining all mandatory certifications and responding effectively to member requests during classes and meetings.

Qualifications

• Maintain valid CPR Certification.
• Nationally Accredited Aerobic Certification preferred.
• Valid Yoga or Pilates Certification also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
• Maintain all mandatory education certifications.
• Follow sign-in/sign-out procedures.
• Understand and follow all policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand.
• Facilitate member requests or forward to a manager.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
