You will lead engaging workouts, demonstrate proper form, and maintain a high-quality, inclusive environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support member growth.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized group fitness certification.
• CPR/AED certification required or obtain prior to teaching.
• Previous group fitness instruction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, engaging, and professionally structured group fitness classes.
• Provide modifications and progressions for varying fitness levels and abilities.
• Create an inclusive and motivating environment that encourages member participation and retention.
• Demonstrate proper form, technique, and safe equipment use.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional class environment.
• Build relationships with members and contribute to the growth of Level's fitness community.
• Collaborate with Level's fitness and wellness professionals to create a consistent member experience.
