Qualifications

• Current Group Fitness certification/multiple specialized certifications preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Successful completion of all Retro University courses.

Responsibilities

• Teach scheduled classes, ensuring they start and end on time.
• Provide adequate warm-up, main content, stretching, and cool down.
• Instruct participants on effective workout methods and proper techniques.
• Prepare equipment and music for each class.
• Maintain a positive experience for members.
