Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Group Fitness/HIIT Instructor in Florida to lead energetic, multi-format classes and motivate members toward their fitness goals. You will guide participants through pre-arranged routines, ensure safety, and foster a No Judgments atmosphere.

Ideal candidates bring a group fitness certification (AFAA/ACE) and CPR certification, with a willingness to train in multiple formats and contribute to a growing team. In-house trainings and certifications are available.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic about health and fitness.
• Willingness to learn multiple formats (HIIT, Zumba, Kickboxing, etc.).
• CPR and group fitness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead group fitness/HIIT classes in a safe, structured format.
• Inspire members and educate on fitness concepts during sessions.
