Camp Berryessa is seeking an energetic Group Fitness Trainer to lead HIIT-style classes and coach proper technique. You will motivate members, create a positive class environment, and help them stay accountable to their fitness goals.

Whether experienced or new, bring energy and a passion for fitness. Part-time coaching with varied early morning, evening, and weekend shifts. Join a growing community and grow programming opportunities.

Formación

• Must be able to coach diverse fitness levels.
• Experience with HIIT or group classes preferred.
• Available for early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
• CPR/AED certification preferred or must be obtained.

Responsabilidades

• Lead high-energy, HIIT-style group fitness classes.
• Coach proper exercise technique and provide modifications.
• Motivate and engage members throughout the workout.
• Create an inclusive, positive class environment.
• Build relationships with members and strengthen the gym community.
• Help members stay accountable and engaged in goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized training area.
• Represent Camp Berryessa professionally in and out of class.
