Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have current CPR certification.
• Nationally Accredited Aerobic Certification (AFAA, ACE or NASM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
• Maintain all mandatory education certifications.
• Follow instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures.
• Adhere to all Crunch policies and standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior.
• Facilitate member requests or escalate to a manager.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
• Follow all club policies and procedures.
• Comply with Employee Handbook.
• Role subject to change as needed.
