Job summary

Exos in Sanford, NC is seeking a dynamic Group Exercise Instructor to lead engaging classes for all fitness levels, ensuring safety and enjoyment while motivating participants.

You will design routines, provide modifications, foster an inclusive environment, and stay current with industry trends. A nationally certified group exercise credential and CPR/AED are required; First Aid is preferred; at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience leading group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification is required.
• CPR/AED certification is mandatory; First Aid preferred.
• Instructors of licensed/branded formats must be trained and licensed for those formats.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
